2 mashed bananas
1/2c. sugar
1 egg
1c. self rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4c. oil
1TBs. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease muffin tin or loaf pan. Mix all ingredients--stir until just moist. Pour into pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
