4-5 lg cooked chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 eight ounce carton of sour cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
2-3 cylinders Ritz crackers, crushed
4T. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Debone chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter and place into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with crushed crackers; well coated with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes.

For lower fat and calories--and just as good--substitute low fat sour cream, soup and Ritz crackers, and olive oil for the butter.
