1 c. rice
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 can tomato sauce, divided
1/2 can water
1/2 c. chopped onion and celery or pepper
3/4 lb. uncooked ground hamburger
bacon
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice and corn, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour over 1/2 can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water. Add onion, celery, pepper, ground beef. Add bacon on top, cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Cook 350 1 hour
