1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. cake flour
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. each lemon and orange extract
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time beating well. Add buttermilk with dry ingredients, flavorings. Add egg whites beaten stiff last. Be sure to begin with flour and end with it.
Bake 300 one hour.
