Mix : 4 cups green apples ( diced) ,
2 cups sugar.

Add: 1/2 cup Wesson oil,
2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla,
2 cups walnuts.

Add: 2 cups flour,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp soda,
1 tsp cinnamon.

Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
