1 lb ground beef
1 lg onion
10 - 12 corn tortillas
1 can mushroom soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
8 oz shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions. Drain well. Steam tortillas till soft. Mix canned ingredients. Layer 8 x 12 baking dish with 1/2 tortillas, meat and mixed liquids. Repeat 2nd layer. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
