Ingredients:  
1 chicken cut in pieces
1 large onion, diced.
1 tsp. salt
5 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 C. sweet pickle relish
1 bunch green onions, chopped. Include tops.
1 C. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and onion in water to cover until tender.
Drain and reserve broth for soup. Cool chicken and cut meat off bones in small chunks.
Add remaining ingredients and taste for seasonings.
Spread between slices of bread spread with sandwich spread.
