3 c Sugar
1/2 c water
1/2 c Karo syrup
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, water, Karo syrup until it reaches hard ball stage. Pour slowly into stiffly beaten egg whites, a little at a time. Reheat syrup between each pouring if necessary. Beat until cool and mixture stands in peaks. Add vanilla and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Do on a day with low humidity.
