Yellow cake mix
3 1/2 oz Pkg Lemon Instant Pudding
4 Large eggs
3/4 c Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake at 350 for 12 minutes in small muffin tins.


Glaze
4 c Powdered sugar, 1/3 c Fresh lemon juice, Zest of one lemon, 3 T of Oil, 3 T of Water. Mix and dip tops of muffins in glaze.
