Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
8 tbsp. flour
4 egg yolks
1 (12 oz.) can Pet Milk
2 1/4 cups regular milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 stick margarine
1 box Vanilla Wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Starting out in a large glass mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour together. Then pour in 1/2 can of Pet milk and stir well. Next, add in the egg yolks and mix well. Add the rest of the Pet milk and continue to mix completely. Stir in the regular milk and combine it good. Next, put into microwave and cook for a total of 10 - 11 minutes stirring after each minute. It will get real thick fast so be careful to stir after each minute. Keep doing same thing until it gets thick. When almost done, take out and add vanilla flavoring and margarine. When completely done layer in large bowl with the vanilla wafers.

Personal Notes:
This was a dessert that my mom, Hazel Vinson, cooked a lot for our family. You can also make the vanilla pudding and put in a cooked pie shell and top with meringue for Egg Custard Pie.
