3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/8 cup sherry
1 pound crab meat
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until translucent, add flour and stir until a smooth paste. Pour in cream and heat, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) and blend. Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
