1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed medium bananas
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups flour
1/3 cup chopped nuts

Mix oil, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add bananas, soda vanilla, salt and milk. Mix with mixer until smooth, then add flour and nuts, mix 3 minutes.
Grease and flour loaf pan. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
