1 pkg frozen broccoli (cooked tender)
1 cup cooked rice
cracker crumbs
1 small onion chopped
1 small bell pepper chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mash broccoli, add cheese and stir well. Combine rice, onion pepper and soup, mix well. Combine broccoli and rice together and mix well. Pour into buttered dish. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with cracker crumbs.
