3 lbs. baby back ribs cut into 3 slabs
1/4 c. Chinese Five Spice
1/2 c. sea salt
1/4 c. black pepper
1/8 c. chili powder
1/8 c. garlic powder
1/8 c. paprika
3 T. cayenne
1 T. thyme

Mix rub ingredients together in a bowl. Sprinkle liberally over both sides of ribs and rub in (feel the love!!). Stack the ribs on top of each other (3 high) and wrap in foil, sealing tightly. Let ribs marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours until tender.

You can eliminate Five Spice, if desired, or add 1/2 c. brown sugar to mixture if you like the sweetness. I buy the big pack of ribs from Sam's which is about 6 lbs. I just double the rub and freeze some of the leftover ribs for another meal for us.
