2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Combine baking mix, cheese and milk in bowl, mix with spoon until soft dough forms. Then kneed vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Brush hot biscuits with mixture of margarine and garlic powder.
Serve immediately. Yield: 12 servings
