2 pks (3 oz) strawberry jello 1 lb strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese 1/2 tsp vanilla 8 oz sour cream 2 cups boiling water 1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Dissolve jello in water, add fruits and stir well. Pour into rectangle dish. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Stir cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Spread over jello and sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Chill.
