12 Bibb or Iceberg lettuce leaves 1/2 c mayonnaise 2tsp Chinese chili garlic sauce (sambai oelek) 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 c chopped water chestnuts 2 scallions both white and green sliced very thin 1 2lb rotisserie chicken (bite size pieces) kosher salt and fresh ground pepper 1 avocado sliced into 12 pieces

In a medium bowl, mix the mayo with sambai oelek, mustard, sesame oil. Stir in the chicken pieces, water chestnuts and scallions. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the chicken salad into lettuce wraps and top with a slice of avocado. Serve with lime wedge. Can be made and refrigerated 2 days ahead.
