1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 Tbs oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup milk

1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375. Grease and flour an 8 x 8 baking pan. Mix 8 ingredients together and pour into pan. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans then sprinkle over batter. Bake 20-25 minutes. Pour melted butter on the top and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
