6 to 8 pieces boneless chicken breast
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 pkg shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 pkg saltine crackers
Tony’s seasoning (optional)
Salt & pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breast on casserole dish. Add seasonings. Bake in oven on 350º for 30 t0 35 minutes or until done. Take chicken out and drain off oil. Pour soup on top of chicken, crumble crackers on top and sprinkle on cheese. Cook until brown. Serve over rice or noodles.
