Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat
1 lb Richardís dressing mix
1 pk onion soup mix
1 pk season mix (or onions & bellpeppers)
1 can beef consume (or 1 cup brown gravy)
salt, pepper, creole seasoning, Worcestershire (all to taste)
3 cups uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with salt, pepper, creole seasoning and worcestershire. Drain well then add dressing mix, cook till well mixed. Then add onion soup mix, season mix, consume, mixing well. Cook the meat in the gravy on low for a couple of hours until you are ready to add your rice. You want your gravy to cook down but not completely out. Remember your rice will soak up the juice but the key is not too much but not too little.

Cook rice accordingly. I use instant but you can use a rice cooker or however you cook your rice.

Mix cooked rice with meat mixture in large pan.
Enjoy!
