1 whole chicken
Kitchen Bouquet
Oil
Chopped onion
Parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Tony’s seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour enough oil, to cover bottom, into a pot. Heat oil and place onions in pot along with cut up chicken. Pour Kitchen Bouquet over chicken until completely covered. Add all of the other seasonings. Brown the outside of chicken in the oil with onions. Then add enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Cover with lid and simmer until chicken is done.

TO MAKE GRAVY: Mix flour and water in a bowl, stirring until all lumps are out. Slowly pour mixture in boiling water, this will become a thick gravy. Add Kitchen Bouquet to gravy to make brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
