1 small pkg red beans 1 large onion, chopped Tony’s seasoning 1 lb sausage Garlic powder 1/2 bellpepper, chopped
Soak washed beans overnight in a crock pot. Drain in the a.m. Add water to beans to cover 1 1/2 to 2 inches above beans. Add onions, seasonings and sausage. Stir. Cook on high for 8 hours. Cook rice as desired. Serve with cornbread.
