1 lb ground meat
1 egg
Pam spray
2 tbsp flour
1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with Pam spray. Combine meat, soup mix, egg, salt and pepper together and make patties. Brown patties on each side. Remove patties from skillet. Add oil to skillet with flour. Brown flour and oil, then add water. Let gravy thicken and then add patties back to skillet. Let cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
