1 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced bellpepper
2 lbs hamburger meat

Sauté above ingredients in 2 tbsp fat until done.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp oregano
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp thyme
1 cup uncooked minute maid rice
salt & pepper to taste

Simmer 30 minutes. Pour into casserole dish & top with cheese. Cover & bake until cheese is melted.
