1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 package dry Onion soup mix
1 stick of butter
Chicken breast or thighs (enough to cover rice)
1 can of water
1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Slice butter on the bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Mix cans of soup, water and rice then pour into pan. Place uncooked chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top of chicken. Cover with tin foil and cook for 1 hour.
DO NOT PEEK! Stir rice after it is cooked.
