2 c Flour 1/2 c Sugar 1 Egg 3/4 c Milk 1/2 c Vegetable Oil 3 t Baking Powder 1 t Salt 1 c Blueberries
Prepare muffin tins with muffins cups or grease bottom. Beat egg. Stir in Milk and Oil. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once. Just until flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 400 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately.
