Bottom Layer
1 c Flour
1/2 Butter - softened
1 c Pecans - chopped finely

Middle Layer
1 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 c Sugar
1 9 oz Cool Whip - divided

Top Layer
1 6 3/4 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 6 3/4 oz Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 c Milk

Mix bottom layer till crumbly. Press mixture in 9 x 13 well greased pan. Bake at 350 15 - 20 minutes. Cool. Make middle layer beating Cream Cheese and Sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread on bottom. Mix pudding and spread on middle layer. Spread Cool Whip on top. Grate candy bar on top. Cover and refrigerate over night.
