Sweet potatoes, any amount desired
Chili Powder
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder (optional)
Lime juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut desired amount of sweet potatoes into even strips. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder. Put on baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes at 425. Turn fries over after 15 minutes to get crisp all over. If desired, sprinkle with garlic powder or lime juice before serving.
