3 cup hot water
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup softened butter
3 packs yeast
2 cups cold water
8 cups flour
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
1 cup oat meal
2 TBS salt
1 cup powdered milk
1-2 cups flour ( for use on kneading board)
topping : 2 egg whites

In a large electric mixing bowl mix yeast, honey, and hot water. Let sit for ten -fifteen minutes then add two cups of cold water. Then using a dough hook from electric mixer add mixed dry ingredients one cup at a time. until thouroughly mixed. place two cups of flour on kneading board. Let rise until doubled. punch down and divide into four equal parts, seperate the parts into individual bread pans. Let rise until doubled and then bake bread in preheated oven at 350 for one hour or until golden brown. Whip egg whites until fluffy. Ten minutes before bread begins to brown remove from oven and brush egg white on top of each loaf. Place back in oven to brown. remove when golden.
