Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. five grains from Red Mill
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1/2 pkg dried cranberries

Mix sugar and fat. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes.
