Cooked blackeyed peas chopped onion chopped bell pepper beaten egg heavy cream
You take cooked blackeyed peas, add a little chopped onion and chopped bell pepper, some beaten egg, a very little heavy cream and you make patties which you bake @ 350º for about 20 mins. Serve hot with green tomato pickles and a good cucumber salad.
