4 TBsp. rendered bacon fat
1 sm. head green cabbage, cored and shredded
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the bacon fat in a skillet, toss in the cabbage and stir until it glistens. Lower the heat, add the pepper flakes, season with salt to taste, and continue cooking and turning the cabbage until it is tender,about 15 mins.
