6 medium bell peppers
1 cup brown rice (uncooked)
2 tablesp salt-free tomato basil garlic dressing
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup low fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
REMOVE tops and seeds of bell peppers.
PLACE into deep oven-proof baking dish
COMBINE rice, deasoning, beef, egg and
bread crumbs. Stuff rice/beef mixture into
bell peppers. TOP each bell pepper with
cheese. Cover dish and bake at 350 for
45 minutes oor until bell peppers are tender.
