1/3 cup Tahini 1/4 cup lemon juice 5 cloves of garlic 5 or more drops of tabasco 1/4 cup olive oil (or water, oil makes creamier) 1/2 tsp cumin 1-15oz can of drained garbanzo beans *can add other spices to make different flavors (ie. Roasted red peppers, roasted garlic)
Place ingredients in food processor; blend until smooth. Can garnish with olives and serve with pita bread.
