1 - large pkg cream cheese 2 - small pkgs lemon jellow 1/2 pt whipping cream 1 - small jar pimento 1 - c chopped pecans 1 - #2 can crushed pineapple
Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Let cool. Cream pimentos and creamed cheese together, add pineapple and pecans. Add whipped cream to pineapple mixture, then add to cooled jello mixture. Pour into mold or pan. Refridgerate until time to serve.
