1 head of cabbage, chopped
1/2 c. raw rice
1 can tomatoe soup mixed with 1 can water
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, onion, salt, & pepper. Drain & set aside. In a six qt. baking dish, layer cabbage, rice, & ground beef mixture. Pour soup over casserole. Bake @ 350 for 1 - 1/12 hrs. until rice is done.
