6 - 8 red potatoes, cubed & boiled
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
pepper to taste
1/2 jar real bacon bits
2 - 3 green onions, chopped
sliced green or black olives (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, cheese, mayo., & pepper. Top with bacon bits, onions, and olives. Bake @ 350 for 30 mins.
