3 T. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. plain flour + 2 T.
3 egg yolks
1/4 stick butter
9" pie shell

Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except eggs. Cook until thick. Add beaten egg yolks and cook a few mins. longer. Cool. Put in cooled baked pie shell. Top with meringue & bake @ 350 for12 - 15 mins.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites, vanilla, & cream of tartar. Gradually add sugar. Beat unitl mixture forms peaks.
