1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (6 cups)
2 oz. of real bacon bits
1/2 small red onion, chopped
3 oz. of dried cranberries
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained

Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
2 T. red wine vinegar

Directions:

Salad:
Mix ingredients lightly.

Dressing:
Mix ingredients together and add to salad, lightly tossing. Refrigerate at least 1 hr. before serving.
