2 Cans Red Beans
1 Large Can Tomatoes
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Chopped Jalapeņo Peppers, (Optional)
1 Pound Polish Sausage
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper
1/2 Pound Hamburger Meat

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat with chopped onions and peppers. Add beans, tomatoes, chili powder, thyme and red pepper and simmer for 1 hour. Add sliced sausage, cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve over rice
