2 c. self rising corn meal
1/2c. self rising flour
1/4c. bacon drippings
1-1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450.
Grease cast iron skillet,muffin tin or corn stick mold. Combine meal and flour in bowl; add heated drippings and milk. Stir thoroughly and pour into hot pans. Bake 15 - 20 mins.
