6 Ears sweet corn
4 slices bacon
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow onions, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
5 tomatoes, Roma (preferred, they dont break down as much as regular tomatoes)
4 cups sweet corn kernels
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
4 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large skillet or wok render bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
2. Cut corn from cobs, set aside
3. Add onions, pepper and salt to skillet and saute 5 minutes.
4. Add green and red peppers and garlic, saute 5 minutes longer.
5. Add salt, pepper and sugar.
6. Cover and cook 3-5 minutes longer.
