Italian Spaghetti Recipe

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground sausage
4 onions, cut up
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of tabasco sauce
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 qt. drained tomatoes
cooked, long spaghetti

Brown beef and sausage until browned. Saute onions and garlic in dutch oven in small amount of fat until tender. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, tabasco sauce, cheese and tomatoes; mix well. Add beef mixture; simmer for 3 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
