6 Tilapia Fillets
2 Eggs - Beaten
1 T Water
1/4 c Butter - Melted
1/2 t Paprika
1/2 c Bread Crumbs
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and dry fish. Mix eggs with water in bowl. In seperate bowl mix butter with bread crumbs, cheese and paprika. Set aside. Dip fish in egg mixture then dip in bread crumbs. Place in greased glass pan. Bake at 375 for 12 - 15 minutes or until cooked through. Do not over cook
