1 tomato chopped
1 white onion chopped
1/2 cup of cilantro chopped
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and chopped
juice of 1 lime
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir and allow to sit for one hour. Serve with tortilla chips, fajitas or chicken.
