Directions:
Combine 1/2 tsp. salt, herbs and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Rub into roast and place, fat side up, in baking pan. Mix gravy seasoning with 1/2 c. burgandy; spoon part of mixture over roast. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 3 to 4 hours or to desired doneness, basting occassionally with burgandy sauce. Remove roast from pan; drain off all but 6 Tbsp. drippings. Stir in flour, remaining salt and pepper to taste until smooth. Add boullion and remaining burgandy gradually, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Serve gravy over roast.
