1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
cooked noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes on medium heat. Add undiluted soup. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool slightly and add sour cream. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
