1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
7 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. tomato paste
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion until brown; drain. Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup grated cheese. Place in casserole; top with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and beef mixture is bubbly.
