cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
4 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves, minced
Juice from 3 limes
1/3 cup of soy
teaspoons sugar
Salt and freshly grounds pepper
cub plus two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
4 (6-8 ounce) blocks of sashimi-quality of tuna

Directions:
Directions:
In a pesto bowl, mash cilantro leaves, ginger, garlic. Once complete in a mixing bowl combine the above along with lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt pepper, and cup of olive oil.
Place a large skillet over medium-high and lightly coat tuna steaks with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Sear tuna for a minute on each side. Pour half of the cilantro mixture into the pan to coat the tuna.
Transfer tuna to serving plant and drizzle remaining cilantro sauce on tuna.
