1 good sized fryer or 4 chicken breasts
2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
3 TBsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender and cut into bite size pieces. Mix soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Spread evenly in baking dish.
Melt butter in pan and mix in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
Bake @ 350 until mixture bubbles and turns golden brown (about 45-50 mins.)
Delicious served with cranberry sauce.
